FREE domain registration
As we purchase 'bulk' domain registrations, we get a very
competitive pricing and we are passing on this benefit to our customers.
The registration of new domains is free to our clients, but we pay for it.
There are no hidden charges.
There is no 'catch' in the domain registration. You are the complete owner
of the domain. And once you pay our web hosting charges, you are listed as
the 'admin' contact of the domain. This means that you can
transfer/sell/move the domain anywhere anytime independently.
There will be no advertising or banners of any kind on your domain when we
register it for free. In fact, there will be nothing different from a
regular 'paid' domain registration.

Regular charges for domain registration
Most domain registration companies charge you $35 (approx. AED
125/INR 1500) for each year of domain registration. So for ex., if you
want to have your own web-site called as abc.com, you need to pay $35 to
InterNIC for owning the domain name and then you need to pay the web
hosting charges of a web hosting company to 'host' that domain.
With
Denish Inc., you simply pay the affordable web hosting charges and get the
InterNIC registration FREE of charge.

Domain ownership

Moving domains to other servers
You are the complete owner of the domain & listed as the admin
contact of the domain. You can transfer/sell/move the domain anywhere
anytime independently. As long as you have paid us the web hosting
charges, we will not charge you any extra money to move the domain out
from our servers.

Moving domains from other servers to Denish Inc.
If you have an already existing domain and wish to move it to
our servers, we will provide you with the necessary information that needs
to be updated by you with InterNIC. This is usually the 'name server'
details. Only the present 'admin' or 'technical' contact of the domain can
update this info. We will provide this info to you & you need to update it
in the registry database.

Multiple domains on same account
Each domain/site hosted on our server gets it's own separate IP
address & needs a separate web account. This is our company policy. For
ex. you cannot take a 50 mb account & host multiple domains in it. We do
not support Host headers based virtual hosting whereby multiple domains
are hosted on a single IP.
[Top]
Multiple domains
When you wish to host two or more domains on our servers, you
need to take a separate web account for each domain. For ex. if you want
to host abc.com and efg.com and each website needs 10mb of space, you need
to take two ENTRY accounts with us. Of course, you can always take
different account types for each domain depending on the requirement of
each domain.
[Top]
Web hosting charges for existing domains
We offer FREE domain registrations as an 'extra' feature of our
web hosting plans. Domain registration status does not affect our web
hosting prices in any way. If you already have a working website/domain,
you still need to pay our regular web hosting charges. If you do not have
a domain, we will register it for you and you need to pay our regular web
hosting charges.

Setup charges for existing websites on GeoCities/XOOM/HomePage
etc.
The setup charges will not be waived if you do not have a
working website on a domain. i.e. If you have already purchased a domain
name from InterNIC, paid the fees for that, and have already developed a
website on that domain : only then the setup charges will be waived.
Note
that if you have simply registered the domain, and have a 'under
construction' or 'placeholder' page on your site, the setup charges will
not be waived in this case.
You
must have a fully functional website for the setup charges to be waived.

Sub-domains
When you already have a web account with us (for ex. you have
hosted efg.com on our server), and now you wish to host a sub-domain of
this domain (for ex. some.efg.com), you have to pay the monthly add-on
charges for the sub-domain "some" under the domain "efg.com". This also
applies to sub-sub-domains (for ex. any.some.efg.com). Each sub-domain
gets you a separate IP address and user-id for creating a new website.
However, the total disk space/traffic/pop boxes you get are shared among
all the sub-domains.
[Top]
Domain pointing
When you already have a web account with us (for ex. you have hosted
abc.com on our server), and now you wish to point another domain (for ex.
a-b-c.com) to the same site, you have to pay only one-time setup charges.
So, both abc.com and a-b-c.com will reach the same web-site (IP address)
and changes to any one will affect the other. Domain pointing is available
only when you already have a registered domain. If you want us to register
multiple domains for you, each domain will be a separate web account.
[Top]
Payment frequency
Each of our account types have a specific payment frequency. This
indicates the months for which you have to pay 'in advance'. For ex., the
ENTRY account has a payment frequency of yearly, i.e. you have to pay the
full year when you sign up for an ENTRY account.

FTP graphical client
The instructions for this vary according to the software/utility that you
are using. However, what is important is the 'server address' which will be
yourcompany.com
(put your domain here), the 'user-id' which will be your
user-id and the 'password' which will be your
password. Once you connect, you should see a list of files (not created by
you) on the server, don't worry about these, and do NOT
change/delete/modify these files. Just upload your files and directories.

E-Mail
All the domains hosted on our server have a default 'catch all' mechanism.
Whereby, any e-mail address @yourcompany.com works. For example,
joe@yourcompany.com,
jill@yourcompany.com
or sales@yourcompany.com.
You can download all these mails to your POP client (for ex. Pine,
Outlook, Eudora etc.), or to your web based mail (for ex. Hotmail,
Eudoramail, NSIMail etc.). The instructions for each software/service will
vary. However, what is required in all of them is the 'pop server name' and/or 'smtp
server name', which will both be
mail.yourcompany.com
(put your domain here) and your user-id and password.

POP accounts
A POP account allows you to have separate mailboxes rather than the one
single 'catch all' mailbox. For ex., when you have not set up any POP
accounts - which is the case when your account is activated - all mails @yourcompany.com
are being stored in your single catch-all mailbox. However, you may wish
to have separate mail boxes like sales@yourcompany.com and
support@yourcompany.com should be two separate e-mail accounts. These
two are called POP accounts. When you activate your POP accounts, you get
a separate user-id & password for each of your POP account. Thereby, each
POP user can check their mail individually without downloading other
people's mail.
